    It boggles me that a person can’t tell the difference between a dollar and a penny, especially if it’s systemic within a corporation.

  7. Wow. Verizon people don’t know their basic maths. Perhaps they need to go back and take basic fractions and relearn the decimal system.

    0.002 cents = $0.00002 Duh! I feel for this guy.

  11. Okay, I’ve seen people miss the obvious before, but when he led her with “Half a dollar is not half a cent” I was shocked she didn’t get it. That and a supervisor also not getting the idea… O.o
