Since several people commented and emailed to say they’d like to see the post I made a while back on logical fallacies in poster form, I’ve spent a while redesigning the chart as a poster.
Here’s a first go-round of the poster version. As usual, clicky the picture for a much, much, MUCH bigger version. The finished poster will be 16″ by 20″. Comments welcome!

It’s a good start, but it seems like kind of a mashup of artistic styles. I don’t feel like the parchment-style background works with the sans-serif fonts (particularly the heading fonts–the body text seems ok), the hard edges of the colour squiggles, and the modern-looking icons in the circles.

Suggestion: Could you place an icon next to each type of error to match the colour of the part of the diagram it’s in (possibly the little x icon, but edited to match the colours in the venn diagram)? That would make it easier to match each subcategory back to the larger categories, rather than having to scan for it.
Also, would it be possible to avoid having descriptions broken up across columns?
Lastly I have some ideas for editing your button icon, but that’s not really specific to this poster!

Uh-oh—there’s a typo in the heading for Ad Hominem.
I agree with that the parchment background, though very pretty, clashes with the other visual styles in the poster; particularly, the colors and style of the pen-scribble backgrounds of the sections of the Venn diagram (which I like very much, BTW).

overall, I like the look of it! When the final version is ready for print, I’m totally hanging it right next to my Map of the Lands of Human Sexuality above my bed!
I think it says a lot about me that I will have hanging over my bed, the Sex Map, 3 different targets all with their bullseyes shot out, and a poster of logical fallacies >:-)

I will say that I like the marker-squiggles on parchment, but I do tend to associate serif fonts with parchment-like backgrounds. Then again, I’m fond of any font that doesn’t confuse lowercase l with capital I with the number 1 😀

I agree with the mismatch between parchment and non-serif / modern icons. I don’t think that it’s a big problem though. A way to more easily connect a definition with its location on the diagram would be good.
