One of the goals of this weekend, in addition to doing some dancing at the Castle and catching up with friends, is to get Shelly’s new leg tattoo. She’s been talking to her artist and working with her other partner’s wife on the design, and this is an approximation of what the design will look like.
I think it looks cool as hell.

It’s a cyber giraffe!
that’s incredibly nifty! 🙂

Ah, but the important question is: what subspecies? 🙂
The subspecies is Giraffa infecundus cyberus, a cybernetic enhancement of the common Barrens giraffe. You can tell Barrens giraffes from ordinary giraffes by the fact that Barrens giraffes have swept, pointy horns, and by the fact that they’re typically level 18 beasts, whereas ordinary giraffes are Level 1 critters.

That is really, really awesome!!! How big will it be? Eric and I have often discussed having little genetically engineered giraffes which live in your walls, kinda like mice, but much, much cooler!
Do the red bits represent anything in particular?
Little genetically engineered giraffes in the walls? Hmm. (Runs and makes updates to the perimeter defenses.)
The red bits represent teh k00l. 🙂
