First, because the one thing LiveJournal needs more of is pictures of cats, I give you Molly, perched regally atop the new loft in my apartment. The loft has definitely become her space; Snow Crash has not once climbed on top of it, so it’s the place she goes when she gets fed up with him.

Unrelated–we talked about you tonight. Someone mentioned your website at the discussion group meeting we were hosting. Several folks (including us) all chimed in about it being great. Though we did agree that if it isn’t there yet, “Ambigusweetie” needs to be added to the poly glossary. :^)
“Ambigusweetie”? I need to know what that means. Google is hitless. – ZM
A term originated (AFAIK) by‘s newer partner, . It means exactly what (I think) it sounds like–a sweetie/partner who doesn’t fit neatly into any descriptive boxes. It’s more or less a synonym for TOCOTOX (which I always found to be somewhat… unfelicitous). Useful for those situations in which you can’t figure out if this person is a friend, a lover, a partner, a sweetie, a primary, a secondary, a tertiary, a fuckbuddy, a “Friend with benefits”, some combination of any or all of these at once, and/or some shifting combination of them over time.

Snow Crash, just hours after I posted this, finally made his first exploration up the loft. And he definitely looks like he’s plotting dominion when he’s up there. But then, cats often seem like they’re up to something, occasionally even when they’re sleeping.
